2019 Fantasy Outlook
Hughes has been around the UTEP program since 2015, which means he's been a part of a lot of bad offenses. However, last season was the first time he got anything approaching real playing time. Even so, he only rushed for 320 yards and a touchdown in his junior campaign. As a senior, he's stuck behind Quardraiz Wadley on the depth chart, and Wadley is the one reliable player in UTEP's offense. That will keep Hughes in a limited role for an offense with little to no upside.
