Probable to go Saturday
Green (knee) is probable for Saturday's game against Texas, per the SEC availability report.
ANALYSIS
Green's status is in line with coach Pittman's comments from earlier in the week suggesting he would play. The team's bye fortunately gave him enough time to recover, and it seems like he will be ready to lead the offense against the Longhorns.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
As a redshirt freshman, Green was able to wrest the starting quarterback job away from Hank Bachmeier, once seen as a promising quarterback for the Broncos. How did it go? Well, Bachmeier is now with Lousiana Tech, and Green is the unquestioned starter for Boise State. The youngster was solid throwing the ball, as he completed 61.3 percent of his passes for 2,042 yards, 14 touchdowns, and six interceptions. Green needs to improve throwing the ball, especially avoiding turnovers, but the enticing thing about him is how good he is with his legs. He ran the ball 81 times for 586 yards and 10 scores, including running for over 100 yards three times. Beginning the year as the unquestioned starter, with Andy Avalos also in his second year coaching the Broncos, Green could be the top quarterback in the Mountain West potentially.
