Sets sights on draft
Moore announced Tuesday via his personal Twitter account that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Western Michigan to enter the 2022 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
The 5-foot-10, 195-pound wideout is heading to the next level after a successful three-year run in Kalamazoo. Moore was a contributor right away as a true freshman in 2019, reeling in 51 receptions for 802 yards and three touchdowns. He truly took off in 2021, however, notching 94 receptions for 1,283 yards on 135 targets to go with 10 touchdowns. Moore projects to follow in former teammate Dee Eskridge's footsteps to become the latest Broncos receiver drafted, though hearing his name called within the first two rounds may not be in the cards.

D’Wayne Eskridge ate up a lot of the oxygen in the Western Michigan offense in 2020 and now it’s time for Moore to reclaim his spot as the Broncos’ No.1 receiver. As a freshman in 2019, Moore drew 86 targets and caught 51 for 802 yards and three touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown as well. His role was still solid in 2020, averaging over 7.0 targets per game, but Eskridge was tough to compete with given his 15.1 YPT mark on a 34 percent target share. Now the top option for rising star Kaleb Eleby, a 1,000-yard season is well within range for Moore.
