Gage was forced to leave Saturday's game with the knee injury, but his quick return to practice bodes well for a possible return for Saturday's game against rival Alabama. Gage has shown his ability to affect the offense on both pass plays and jet sweeps, so a healthy knee beneath him could be vital to some of LSU's offensive concepts. Nothing has been announced, but practicing three days after suffering the injury should mean he won't miss any time.
