On the field, Watkins was the clear top receiver for the Golden Eagles. He had a fine season by almost any receiver's standards, as he finished with 82 catches for 889 yards and nine touchdowns. Fantasy players would be excited about the potential Watkins has, but there is a cloud looming over him. Watkins is dealing with academic issues, and the junior may not be eligible this fall. Southern Miss is hoping everything will be squared away, but this means Watkins hasn't been involved this summer with practices. If he plays, Watkins has a ton of potential, but there are question marks around him.
