Lynch's meteoric rise to prominence this season has made him one of the most intriguing draft-eligible quarterbacks in this year's class and Thursday's announcement makes it official that he will indeed leave Memphis to declare for the draft. He didn't exactly finish his collegiate on a high note, completing just 16 of his 37 passes for 108 yards (2.9 YPA) with no touchdowns and one pick in Memphis' bowl loss to Auburn. There will be some questions about the learning curve he'll have at the next level given the system he ran at Memphis, but at 6'7" with excellent arm strength, he'll likely be an early selection.
