2019 Fantasy Outlook
Cooley impressed in 2018, albeit in limited opportunities. He caught just eight passes, but averaged 21.5 yards per reception. The senior was held down by the presence of Dawson Knox, but Knox is now in the NFL, which should open up even more playing time for Cooley. As the Rebels lost four of their top five receiving options from a season ago, Cooley could slide in to fill some of that void, along with wide receivers Braylon Sanders and Elijah Moore. The new offensive scheme under the direction of Rich Rodriguez should only further the potential for a breakout from Cooley.
