Declares for draft
Tinsley announced Wednesday via his personal Twitter account that he will leave Penn State and enter the 2023 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
The fifth-year senior had already exhausted his collegiate eligibility since he didn't use a redshirt during his four active seasons and picked up a free year of eligibility due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the 2020 seasons. After two-year stints at Hutchison Community College and then Western Kentucky, Tinsley made the jump to the Power Five ranks in 2022 and shined as the Nittany Lions' No. 2 wideout this past fall behind Parker Washington (undisclosed). In his 13 appearances for Penn State, Tinsley cobbled together a 51-577-5 receiving line on 84 targets.
