Crosby hit from 58 yards out but missed another field goal in Colorado's 23-3 loss to Miami.

With three field goals in the opener against Colorado State, Crosby is 33 of 41 for his career and is perfect on all 16 of his attempts inside 40 yards, The Sports Xchange reports.

Crosby booted a school-record 60-yard field goal in Colorado's win over Iowa State, and added three other makes from 54, 33 and 28 yards. "I've seen him kick it well over (60 yards). I'd say 70, 72. When he is feeling it (in practice), the coaches just back it up. They don't even count it off." -- Colorado holder Nick Holz told The Sports Xchange.
