Valenti announced March 3 via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Division II Northern Michigan.

After beginning his career at Northern Illinois in 2019, Valenti transferred to Temple in 2020 and saw his lone action with the program during the 2021 season, when he appeared in three games while completing 10 of 14 pass attempts for 73 yards.
