Arkansas State put up comically bad numbers on the ground last season thanks to an offensive line that failed to gain any momentum. Another reason why the Red Wolves struggled to run the ball was Murray’s absence, as he played in only four games and managed just 105 yards in 2021. If he can return to his 2019 form and the line figures themselves out, he could be worth a look, but be very cautious with any running backs who are plying their trade in Jonesboro this season. With the stock in the team low and a schedule that will see the Red Wolves travel to Ohio State, Memphis and Louisiana, they could be playing from behind in many of their games.
