Johnson is coming off a season when he led the Golden Hurricanes with four touchdowns, which makes him an asset for the team but not much of a fantasy contributor on a wider scale. He should see his role increase slightly with the graduation of Justin Hobbs, which opens up 80 targets from his lost production, but he'll still likely be behind Keylon Stokes on the depth chart. In an offense so focused on the rushing attack and marred by mediocre quarterback play, Tulsa's wide receiver corps won't be much more than a blimp on most fantasy radars.
