Turning pro
Ursua (undisclosed) announced Tuesday that he would forgo his senior season at Hawaii and apply for the 2019 NF Draft, Stephen Tsai of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports.
ANALYSIS
After serving a two-year church mission prior to beginning his prolific career at Hawaii, Ursua is set to turn 25 years old in January. His advanced age would likely only hindered his prospects in the draft had he remained at Hawaii for another year, so he'll make the leap to the NFL following a season in which he led the nation in touchdown receptions (16) and finished fifth in receiving yards (1,343). Ursua missed out on a chance to pad those totals after sitting out the Rainbow Warriors' loss to Louisiana Tech in Saturday's Hawaii Bowl with a hamstring injury, but he's hopeful to resume training for the draft in a week or two.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
It's easy to forget how good Ursua was before a torn ACL in October derailed what could've been an All-MWC season. Reeling in 47 of 63 targets for 667 yards and five scores in six games, Ursua was carving up teams every single week. Hawaii will be breaking in a new quarterback with Dru Brown's departure and ACL recoveries can be tricky, but all signs point to Ursua being back in the lead role for the Warriors. Even with a drop-off in quarterback play, Ursua is talented and experienced enough to draw a ton of targets and turn them into reliable production.
