2024 Receiving Projections
Most productive game of the year
Noel posted eight receptions (on 12 targets) for 167 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 45-36 loss versus Kansas.
ANALYSIS
Noel had his best game of the year as Iowa State fought from behind for the majority of the game. The receiver is averaging 10.0 targets per game over his last six games. Despite the increased opportunities, he's seen just three touchdowns, two of them coming against the Jayhawks. This game could be a sign of that changing. He should be in fantasy line-ups when they play Cincinnati next week.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Noel will have the opportunity to breakout in his junior season because he replaces arguably the most productive receiver in school history in Xavier Hutchinson. Hutchinson posted an astonishing 107 catches on 163 targets on his way to becoming a First Team All-American and Biletnikoff finalist last year. All that while the Cyclones struggled to a 4-8 season. Noel was second on the team with 60 catches (on 87 targets) for 572 yards and three touchdowns. With a returning quarterback in Hunter Dekkers who has a strong arm, Noel should be a productive number one receiver. Dekkers and Noel are not the only ones rolling it back with nine returning starters on offense. This unit should be improved with more experience this season.
