Backup on opening depth chart
Ivory is not listed as a starter on the depth chart ahead of Saturday's game against Tulane.
ANALYSIS
Ivory not starting for the Jaguars comes as a surprise after playing a big role with Memphis last season. The wide receiver joined the team early in the offseason and has been working with the team since spring camp. Ivory finished last season as the third-leading receiver for the Memphis Tigers, catching 46 passes for 586 yards and two touchdowns.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Ivory handled a sizeable role for the Tigers in 2021, compiling 29 receptions for 413 yards and three touchdowns across 11 games. The junior wideout appears poised to take on a much larger role with the program in 2022 as top-option, Calvin Austin III (74 receptions for 1,149 yards and eight touchdowns in 2021), was drafted in the fourth round by the Steelers, and Sean Dykes (48 receptions for 657 yards and seven touchdowns in 2021), used his last year of eligibility in 2021. Ivory will have some competition for the vacated targets from incoming transfer wideout Joe Scates (eight receptions for 145 yards and one touchdown in 2021 with Iowa State), along with senior wideout Eddie Lewis (22 receptions for 349 yards and four touchdowns in 2021 with Memphis). The resiliency of the Tigers’ passing attack is in question as sophomore quarterback Seth Henigan has lost his top-two reliable options, but Ivory figures to take on a bigger share of the passing volume for Memphis even if the overall volume were to decrease.
