Johnson (ankle) announced Wednesday that he has committed to Oregon, joining the program as a transfer from Louisville, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reports.

The 6-foot-6, 250-pound Johnson will have three years of eligibility left to use beginning in 2025 and could be a candidate to start at tight end for the Ducks next season as a replacement for outgoing senior Terrance Ferguson. Before suffering a season-ending ankle injury in Week 8, Johnson recorded 13 catches for 158 yards and a touchdown on 18 targets over his seven appearances for Louisville.
