Despite a pair of interceptions, Lausch had a solid day for the Wildcats, throwing for a season-high 287 yards while connecting with receiver A.J. Henning and tight end Thomas Gordon on touchdown passes of 11 and 15 yards, respectively. The redshirt sophomore quarterback had a respectable year after being given the starting job two games into the season, throwing for 1,714 yards and seven touchdowns to eight interceptions through 10 games while adding 213 yards and a pair of scores on the ground as well. With Northwestern remaining ineligible for postseason play, Lausch will have to wait until 2025 to suit up for the Wildcats, barring a decision to transfer.
