Enters draft
Bell announced Friday via his personal Twitter account that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at San Diego State to enter the 2022 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Bell is set to turn 24 years old in June, so as an overage prospect, he wouldn't have much to gain by sticking around in San Diego for another year. The running back posted his best season to date in 2021 from a volume standpoint, racking up 1,098 yards and nine scores on the ground over 14 games. However, his per-game and per-carry averages saw dips from the 2020 season, when he notched 5.6 yards per tote and 91 rushing yards per contest.
