Headed to NFL
Hull announced Wednesday that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Northwestern to enter the 2023 NFL Draft, Jayna Bardahl of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Hull served as the Wildcats' top running back the past two seasons, carrying 417 times for 1,922 yards and 12 touchdowns to go along with 88 catches for 810 yards and four more scores over that 24-game stretch. His departure likely leaves Cam Porter as the next man up for work out of the Northwestern backfield in 2023.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Hull will look to repeat what he did in 2021 as he rushed for over 1000 yards and seven touchdowns on 196 attempts. Hull also added 33 receptions for 264 yards and two touchdowns in the air game as well. Northwestern is set up to lean on Hull again as they didn't make many improvements to the offense in the wide receiver room or quarterback room so Northwestern will need to keep the ball on the ground in order to stay in games this season. Hull may have to split playing time in the backfield if Cole Porter returns from a knee injury, but he's still likely to get a heavy workload.
