Heading for NFL Draft
People-Jones has opted to bypass his senior season at Michigan and will enter the 2020 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Peoples-Jones amassed just one catch for 34 yards on four targets during the Citrus Bowl against Alabama but had locked into a groove down the stretch. Over the final three contests of the regular season, Peoples-Jones racked up three touchdowns, giving him six on the year over 11 games. The 6-foot-2 wideout possesses the raw talent to contribute at the next level but seems unlikely to sit near the top of a loaded 2020 wideout class.

2017 Fantasy Outlook
Though he's only a freshman, Peoples-Jones (6-2, 193) looks the part of an instant impact player. He led all Michigan receivers in four of the eight drills they were put through at the spring combine and he was also rated as the top receiver in the 2017 class by several recruiting services. That Michigan's top three pass catchers from 2016 are off to the NFL only ups the likelihood of Peoples-Jones seeing the field early and often. Peoples-Jones won't see the gaudy target volume that many other wideouts in spread systems will, but his talent coupled with sturdy quarterback play should make him one of the more productive freshman wideouts in the nation in 2017.
