Waller will battle with Jeff Greene for the chance to replace Stephen Hill as Georgia Tech’s No. 1 receiver. In the Yellow Jackets’ triple-option offense, really only one receiver ends up having any sort of value at all, so Waller will either be a boom or bust in fantasy terms this year. Given the extreme lack of pass attempts in the Georgia Tech offense, put an emphasis on the bust in that forecast.
