Corey Crooms

Now that Skyy Moore is catching passes from Patrick Mahomes, Corey Crooms should be the undisputed alpha of the Broncos wide receiver room. While Moore had a dominant season in 2021 that earned him a second-round NFL Draft selection, Crooms was no slouch himself, reeling in 44 catches for 768 yards and six touchdowns. While he loses his starting quarterback Kaleb Eleby, Crooms should be a target hog for presumed starter Jack Salopek, who looked impressive in spring practice. To make matters better for Crooms, Jayen Hall, who put up very similar numbers to Crooms in 2021 for the Broncos, transferred to Western Kentucky. This makes Crooms the most experienced returning wide receiver by far, and he should consistently be the top option for Western Michigan in 2022.
