Blakley hadn't recorded a catch prior to Saturday, but he came through in a big way for the Broncos. The fact that he was targeted nine times is certainly an encouraging development for the junior tight end, although his low yards per catch figure suggests he'll need to maintain the volume of targets to keep his fantasy value high. This is somewhat realistic given Boise State's pass-heavy approach, though there are plenty of other weapons that could take away from Blakley's share of targets moving forward. He'll look to find the end zone again Week 4 against Wyoming.
