Cee Jay Powell

The fact he spells his first name out, instead of going by "C.J" is fun, but that's about the best thing we can say about Powell on the field. As a sophomore, he had a mere 17 catches for 101 yards and he didn't find the end zone once. A whopping five receivers for the Bulldogs had better seasons than him. Yes, three of them have graduated, but do you really want to bet on Powell to massively improve his numbers? If Louisiana Tech felt like Powell had more to offer, he would probably get more attempts. A slight uptick in his numbers is possible, but a breakout campaign is unlikely.
