Bryce Perkins

Perkins arrived in Charlottesville by way Arizona Western College after initially starting his collegiate career at Arizona State. His Arizona State career ended before it could truly get started due to a serious neck injury. Thus, Perkins is stepping into the starting role without a snap of FBS game action under his belt. And yet, Perkins is primed to be one of the most fantasy relevant quarterbacks not only in the ACC, but in the country. He's a true dual-threat that ran for 353 yards and four scores in junior college while also completing 63.3 percent of his passes. He enters a pass-first system at Virginia with high-percentage concepts that'll create easy throws and fast track him to early success. It's not often a mid-year enrollee can come to a Power Five program and instantly earn a leadership role, but Perkins did just that. He may lack track record, but those who pass on Perkins in drafts will regret that decision.
