Robinson (knee) was seen on crutches during Georgia's pregame field walk and is out for Thursday's CFP Quarterfinal matchup against Notre Dame at the Allstate Sugar Bowl, per Connor Riley of DawgNation.com.
ANALYSIS
Robinson had previously missed the last seven games for the Bulldogs with a knee injury heading into Thursday's matchup and will be once again held out against the Fighting Irish. Despite totaling just 73 yards across the first six games of the season, Robinson demonstrated a nose for the end zone, finding paydirt on three occasions. The redshirt sophomore running back will hope for a Georgia victory to extend the season and provide another opportunity for a return, which would come against Penn State should Georgia make it past Notre Dame.
