Blake Bell

Bell is probably the riskiest pick on this list so far, but his upside will be tremendous this year if he can decisively earn the starting quarterback role in the fall. 'Tremendous upside' as in Collin Klein or Jordan Lynch upside. Bell has 24 rushing touchdowns over the last two years playing strictly as a goal-line runner, so while he presumably is nowhere near the passer that Landry Jones was for Oklahoma, Bell still possesses very real 20-touchdown potential as a rusher alone, and his ability to simply bulldoze opponents could single-handedly win some weeks for his owners when he takes on especially overmatched opponents.
