Green received 15 or more carries for the fifth straight game, but it was sophomore Kyle Hicks who saw most of the carries in crunch time. TCU decided a speedy attack outside the tackles was more effective than handing off to Green and letting him work in the middle during the second half of a game affected by heavy rains. Green put together a career year while rushing for 1,171 yards and 10 touchdowns on 219 carries. TCU finished the season with 10 wins and will await their bowl opponent.
