Brandon Weeden

If nothing had changed with the Oklahoma State coaching staff this off-season, there wouldn't be much reason to rank Weeden so high in the rankings. But the team signed former Houston offensive coordinator Dana Holgorsen as the new offensive coordinator. You can imagine what sorts of lunacy are in store now. Oklahoma State passed 25.8 times per game last year, while Houston threw it 53.1 times per game. Even if Weeden is terrible by the standards of real football success, his numbers should be massive. He should probably be a very high pick in all formats, though there's something frightening about assuming an unproven guy like him can suddenly pick up a system like Holgorsen's.
