ANALYSIS
Kemp appeared in all but one game last season, completing 69.3 percent of his passes for 2,658 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions as the Pirates' primary passing down quarterback. However, with a change to the coaching staff, he will transfer from ECU to be back closer to his native Arizona. It's unclear at this time if he'll latch on at another football program.
