Colin Lockett

Lockett was a hit in his first season at receiver last year, as the former defensive back caught 58 passes for 970 yards and eight touchdowns, adding another touchdown on a kick return. His value entering this season is a bit blurry due to the loss of quarterback Ryan Lindley and the arrival of USC transfer Brice Butler at receiver, but Lockett was good enough in his first year at receiver that he should be drafted in most leagues.
