For once a game that went exactly as I needed it to go. I had the Jets plus three and Tyrod Taylor going for my good NFFC team. Actually, it was even more perfect when Jordan Matthews (Steak League team) caught the TD at the end of the game, but that was overturned, and I had to settle for a Taylor rushing TD. Either way, I'll take it.

• I realized I hadn't watched a Jets game from start to finish yet this year. Josh McCown is good. He makes good decisions, knows when to scramble and throws an accurate ball. The Jets offensive line gave him enough time, and Matt Forte is a decent check-down option.

• Matt Forte ran well. He doesn't have the burst he once had, but he runs hard and still has good vision. Bilal Powell has more acceleration than Forte and broke off a couple big runs, but Forte had 14 carries to his nine and four targets to his zero. Elijah McGuire got 13 carries but didn't do much with them. Usually, the young guy shows up the old ones, but McGuire doesn't seem like anything special.

• Robby Anderson caught four of five targets for 48 yards and a score and looked lightning quick on screens.  Jermaine Kearse had six targets, but caught only two for 38 yards.

• Taylor had a big fantasy night with 285 passing yards, two TDs, 35 rushing yards and a rushing TD, much of it in garbage time. He lost a fumble though and took a whopping seven sacks. It was like Mark Gastineau and Joe Klecko were coming after him.

• LeSean McCoy got totally stuffed. Jet defenders were on him two yards in the backfield on almost every play. His home road splits this year remain stark - 4.3 YPC at home 2.7 on the road. Last year McCoy had nine of his 12 TDs at home, though his YPC was good under both conditions.

• Deonte Thompson led the Bills in targets (10), receptions (7), yards (81) and scored a TD. But Kelvin Benjamin will be suiting up next week, so the pecking order is likely to change. Matthews went 6-for-46 on eight targets, but his TD was overturned, and he had one bad drop. Zay Jones had seven targets and a TD as well, but he's mainly a short pass catcher.

• I've ripped Todd Bowles' absurd punting decisions many times in the past, but he deserves credit this year for getting his team - ostensibly in tank mode - to show up almost every week.
