I feel like there was probably a sweet spot for interleague play, back 2002 through 2004 before the AL's dominance was well-covered. Now, I see things like the Royals as a road favorite (regardless of the starter) and I know that the value has been squeezed out. You just have to use the same principles as ever.
Big slate today:
Cleveland +181, one unit. We'll be fading Stephen Strasburg hype a lot. The numbers are going to be inflated all to hell.
Houston +280, .5 units. I was tempted to make it two units and push the ledger above 20 in one afternoon.
Cincinnati -101. I know it's Zack Greinke. I also know the Royals are perfectly capable of losing behind him, as Rany Jazayerli has grown tired of pointing out.
Philadelphia/Boston over 9.5 (-105), two units. I think it might be the weather. I'll ride it another day.
Baltimore +123, 1.5 units. As much as I liked Pelfrey at the start of the season, his peripherals indicate some fall is likely. I'll steal some value here.
Seattle -102, one unit. My Felix Fetish.
Los Angeles (AL) -103, 1.5 units. My Jered Weaver fetish. In both cases, I'm letting league strength push me over.
I may post a pick on Gavin Floyd in comments.
