When I did my draft reviews this spring, this might have been my favorite team. It's competitive, but we've hovered somewhere between 3-6 of 12, albeit within 5-7 points of first place. One of the problems has been our last outfield spot, and the other has been at closer, where we drafted Drew Storen and missed out on backing him up with Roberto Osuna (despite being higher on him than Storen elsewhere).
We're thrilled to land Duvall for his four-game trip to Colorado, and for beyond, as his home park is so friendly too.

Very frustrating week - I thought I was being aggressive in bidding $117 on Gutierrez, but alas, Liss was even more aggressive. I should have considered that he might, given that he rode Gutierrez's last two months last season. I also was outbid for Tyler Motter ("... it just doesn't Motter, it just doesn't Motter!...") and Whit Merrifield, who also denied me access to his country club.
