Justin Haley

Haley made adjustments to his delivery in 2015 spring training and then struggled with the mechanics all season, re-introducing some command problems that had improved in 2014 -- his WHIP went from 1.12 in 2014 to 1.55 in 2015 in Double-A Portland. He doesn't have an out pitch, making it hard to out-class hitters at the upper levels. There were some quality starts in his game log, but he never had success over long stretches and finished with a 5.16 ERA. He finished on a strong note and pitched well in the Arizona Fall League (0.64 ERA, 12 Ks, two BBs, 10 H, one ER in 14 innings). He'll need to improve in 2016 when he repeats Double-A.
