Rest-of-Season Projections
DiFelice has been outrighted off the Brewers' 40-man roster, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Expect DiFelice to receive an invitation to Brewers training camp, as they'll hope he can recapture the magic of 2009, when he posted a 3.66 ERA in 51.2 innings thanks to a magical 84 MPH cutter which stymied right-handed hitters.

DiFelice returned after missing the entire 2010 season due to shoulder surgery. He threw 29 innings for Triple-A Nashville where he had a 2.17 ERA and 31 strikeouts. The Brewers may give him a look during spring training, but he'll be a long shot to make the roster regardless of where he ends up after getting outrighted from the 40-man roster in the offseason. If he's able to earn a job, DiFelice figures to work in middle relief.
