2014 Fantasy Outlook
Ibarra is a bit old at age 24 to be a top prospect, but he throw's a mid-90s fastball and thrived in his second trip to Double-A. He had a 1.93 ERA with a 54:29 K:BB in 60.2 innings between Double-A New Britain and Triple-A Rochester last season. He's given up too many walks in his minor league career, but improved control could make him a candidate for the Twins' bullpen as early this spring.
