Rest-of-Season Projections
The Braves outrighted Fish off their 40-man roster Thursday, according to the team's official Twitter page.
ANALYSIS
Fish was claimed by the Braves in last year's Rule 5 draft, but he did not pitch in 2012 after undergoing Tommy John surgery. Fish's recovery will take at least a few more months, but he should be able to resume pitching sometime in 2013.

2013 Fantasy Outlook
Fish missed all of 2012 after undergoing Tommy John surgery in April. He had been a Rule 5 pick by the Braves after spending his professional career in the Angels' organization. His injury came at a poor time as he had finally broken out in a relief role in 2011 after suffering through three poor minor league seasons. Fish was outrighted off the 40-man roster earlier in the year and likely will not find a role on the Braves' major league roster in 2013. The Atlanta relief corps is excellent already and it still remains unclear when Fish will begin throwing again.
