Goalie
Jake Allen, STL vs COL ($8,100): Allen has lost two of his last three starts and has all but lost his starting job with Carter Hutton simply outplaying him. San Jose averages 2.90 goals per game and could be without Brent Burns due to injury.
Center
Brayden Point, TB at WAS ($6,300): The 21-year-old has recorded a point in each of his last four games with a goal, three assists, and 14 shots over that span. In five career games against the Capitals, Point has a goal and three assists. Over their last 10 games, centers have recorded 17 goals and 30 assists against the Capitals, as well.
Bo Horvat, VAN vs COL ($5,600): In his last four games, Horvat has three goals, two assists and 11 shots on goal. Against the Avalanche, the Ontario native has a point in four straight games with two goals and two assists. The Avalanche have struggled on the defensive end over their last two games, allowing 10 goals.
Wing
Evgenii Dadonov, FLA at TOR ($5,400): It's strange to see Dadonov priced down as far as he is, which should lead to some hefty ownership, but in this spot, he's worth a look in all formats. The 28-year-old has recorded a point in four straight games with four goals and two assists over that stretch, along with 12 shots on goal. Florida is averaging 2.93 goals per game and should be involved in a high-scoring affair Tuesday.
Cam Atkinson, CBJ at NJ ($6,700): Atkinson has averaged 5.68 high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes, which is especially worth noting as the devils have allowed 11.02 such chances over the last month. In Atkinson's last five games, he's recorded two goals and two assists with 21 shots on net.
James van Riemsdyk, TOR vs FLA ($6,800): The power forward has recorded four goals in his last six games. Over the last four weeks, JVR has averaged 10.08 high danger scoring chances per 60, which is the highest mark in the league. The Maple Leafs average 3.26 GPG — sixth most in the NHL. The veteran could capitalize on the 79.2 percent penalty kill of the Panthers, as he's recorded eight goals on the power play.
Defense
Zach Werenski, CBJ at NJ ($5,200): Werenski finds himself in a good spot against the Devils, who have allowed the third-most fantasy points to defensemen over the last four weeks. The eighth overall pick of the 2015 draft has 11 goals and 14 assists, and has averaged 2.89 shots on goal per game — 11th most among defensemen.
Aaron Ekblad, FLA at TOR ($5,700): Ekblad has a point in seven of his last eight games with three goals and five assists over that span. Playing more of an offensive style, Ekblad has averaged 2.66 shots on goal per game.
