Johnson returned to practice Monday, the Denver Post reports.
ANALYSIS
If Johnson can work his way back quickly enough to play in the Broncos' last preseason game Thursday against the Cardinals, he could still win the No. 4 running back job ahead of Lance Ball. The competition is pretty much between the two of them right now, although there isn't much fantasy upside sitting behind Montee Ball, Ronnie Hillman and Knowshon Moreno.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2013
2012
Johnson has spent most of his career on the practice squad and things don't seem to be getting any better in 2013. With Montee Ball, Ronnie Hillman, Knowshon Moreno and Lance Ball ahead of him on the depth chart, it's tough to see Johnson having much fantasy value this year.
