ANALYSIS
The Eagles drafted Watkins in the first round in 2011, despite the fact that he was 26 years old at the time. He lasted just two years before getting cut, as he struggled badly prior to losing his starting job. Perhaps Watkins will make the most of his second chance in the NFL, though there's no guarantee that he will even make it through the season with the Dolphins.
