Rivera emerged as a solid security blanket for Tennessee last year, but his upside appears very limited, both in terms of his own skills and the number of opportunities in the offense. Tennessee has what could very well be the most dangerous trio of wide receivers in the country, as Justin Hunter, Da'Rick Rogers and Cordarrelle Patterson will steal many targets from Rivera, who caught 29 passes last year.
