Leaves Temple for NFL
Mack (thumb) signed with an agent Jan. 1, signaling that he'll forgo a sixth year of eligibility at Temple to enter the 2021 NFL Draft, Marc Narducci of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
ANALYSIS
Mack missed the Owls' final game of 2020 in November after requiring surgery to address a thumb injury, but he turned in a productive redshirt junior season prior to that. He finished third on the team in both receptions (26) and receiving yardage (291) while ranking second in touchdowns (three).

2019 Fantasy Outlook
Mack is the leading returning receiver for the Owls, bringing back a 2018 stat line with 44 catches for 601 yards and a team-best five touchdowns. He never topped 100 yards in a game, showing his limited upside, but he also had at least two catches in every game. With the running game likely taking a step back this season, defenses will be able to focus more on stopping passing plays, so Mack is going to be facing a lot of tough matchups against corners and possible double teams. If you're dead-set on a Temple wide receiver, Mack is your best bet, but there's likely better bets around the rest of the college football poker table.
